We just took in this sweet guy less than a week ago from a family that had to get rid of him. From all of the information I have gathered he has been properly cared for previously and is a little over a year old. I can imagine a stress change with coming into a new environment and family but just over the last two days has significantly changed colors and appears to be turning yellow?? He started shedding yesterday and some things I've researched said this could be contributing and others are terrifying me in regards to yellow fungus. I am pushing for a vet visit ASAP and would appreciate any feedback or advice from those in this forum with more knowledge and experience than myself. Thank you in advance.
