Bumps on tail

i recently discovered that my silkback baby beardie has 2 bumps on top of his tail near his legs. he/she is about 7 weeks old and stays in a 20 gal enclosure and eats about 20 crickets a day with some spinach, cucumbers, and carrots weekly. with his salad i also feed him/her dried super worms. can anybody tell me what they think is going on?
