Blood coming from bearded dragon's mouth

I looked in the tank today and there was blood in the water dish and outside of the dish. He is making a hacking sound now but nothing is coming out. My husband got bitten on the finger (pretty hard) trying to look in his mouth with a dropper. I'm really worries - any advice? It's 9:30pm.

Hope you were able to get to the vet. Sounds like it may have gotten something stuck in it's throat.
