Any kind of worm is good. Wax worms, hornworms, super worms, butterworms.
I rescued a girl 3 weeks ago that was super skinny. I was feeding her crickets for the first week and slowly introduced supers because i didn't want to upset her stomach. Now she's been eating just supers and hornworms and in 3 weeks she's gained 77g! The other plus too is her poops are better after taking her off crickets.

We have been feeding crickets and wax worms. I ordered some supers just the other day, still waiting on their arrival. Sounds like I'm on the right track, thanks for the input!
