Beardie Gag? Yawn? Or URI?

Hello beardie community, please watch the linked video to see the strange behavior I've been seeing Mowgli do. For the past week or so I've seen him do this once every other day. I'm worried it could be a respiratory infection, but the behavior doesn't look like the other coughing videos I've seen on YouTube. There usually isn't any sound that comes out, except for one time it sounded like a little clearing of the throat at the end.
But It looks more like a gagging motion to me? I was thinking maybe he is gagging on food that he is "storing" in his beard. Or just a weird yawn. I honestly don't know.

Some extra info: its summer time here and the past 2 weeks the humidity has been hard to get down, so his tank was about 45-50% humidity until I finally splurged on a giant $150 dehumidifier. Now it's at a normal 35% for the last 2 days.
His basking spot is 92 degree F, cool spot is 79, midrange is 83.
He's fed crickets, roaches and superworms every other day, and turnip greens, mustard greens, squash and collards every day.

Any thoughts on what this could be? Thank you!

Hm I could see that. He's definitely due for a shed. Thanks for the reply!
And 40% humidity isnt an issue :) if its at 70% for more than a coutdays then id worry, i live in FL and my beardy free roams outside all day, and its almost 90%humidity all the time.

We rescue and rehome; he has an URI; he needs a vet ASAP. NO baths till URI is gone; he needs shots at the vet a series of 3 to get rid of the URI. The Humidity should never be higher than 40 ever. And always remove all food and water bowls from the tank at bedtime. Also when u give baths make sure no water gets in his ears and the eater level is way below his neck so he doesn’t aspirate and breathe in water.

If he’s doing this throughout the day id agree it was something to worry about, but im 90% shure he’s doing it only in the morning? Yes? And its only once ? Yes? …..Not an uri…..

Oh also his UVB is a Reptisun T5 10.0 tube, and he just turned 1 year old in July.
Great just make sure I replace it every 6Mnths and he has a hideaway. I make under the ahmm ok a hideaway and comfy bed and he has a hideaway basking platform.

Thanks for the replies, what's strange is he doesn't have any other symptoms of a URI, his appetite and energy levels are good. No wheezing or crackling when breathing, no Unusual gaping. No eye boogers, although his saliva did look thick in the video. I've been home a lot lately and watching him, I've only seen him do the behavior in the video once every other day. Although he could be doing it when I'm not looking. I haven't paid attention to the time of day but today it happened early morning. But i couldn't find any similar videos to this online. He doesn't have an actual "cough" like you see in other videos. Could that still indicate a URI? It seems to be a rare enough occurrence, but I don't want to ignore the onset of symptoms either.

It could be just find a good reptile vet and take him in; if it’s a good vet he wil be able to diagnose & will administer 3 shots of antibiotics called Purcil.

If hes not come into contact with water for the past few days, and has “dry out days” i can assure you its not a uri, main ways to get a RI , moisture, substrate… ill try and get a video of my bearded dragon doing her morning stretches to show you, look up bearded dragons popping shed, its identical to what ur dragon was doing, my know urs inst shedding, but its part of their behavior.
