Bearded dragon with bitten foot

Hey guys. I'm probably going to have some grindin' on me for keeping dragons together but it's just how the current situation is. My female bearded dragon was bit in the front right foot by another female, a laceration is left on the joint to her hand and a claw was chomped. I wanted some advise on preventing her from getting infection and any potential dangers in this case. Anyone know of anything I could currently do for her hand? I know Betadine is a good thing to treat the injury but is there anything I can use here at home right away? With further say, I know I shouldn't keep 3 dragons together but it's just how it has to be currently.

Keeping the foot clean and the environment clean while she is healing is important..Betadine weakened to a tea in color soaks..
Obviously the best situation is housing by themselves or things like this is going to happen especially the bigger they get.

I mean not using full strength Betadine you dilute it with water (like how tea looks when mixed with water- you can see thru it)

The Betadine shouldn’t be used at full strength. It needs to be watered down with distilled or spring water until it looks like tea.

Along with separating them, a vet visit should be made Incase antibiotics are needed. You’re lucky it was just a toe, next time it could be much worse.
