Amputee black spots

I recently got a bearded dragon and he was missing his leg which happened recently before we got him. His leg has turned a blackish color and it’s starting to spread to his back. Any idea what this is and what we can do to help him??

Take him to an exotic reptile vet. Something that spreads isn’t good.
