Hello. My terrarium wreaks of Dubia roaches, crickets and poop. What do you recommend to alleviate the stench? Thanks.

What kind of substrate are you using?

Try cleaning w/ some vinegar and water 50/50 solution - take the dragon out and try that - let me know if it gets rid of the smell-

Just a heads up: my beardie passed a few weeks ago. I’m planning on buying a new dragon in the next week or so. I’m just trying to make the necessary adjustments to prepare for my new dragon. I want to make sure my enclosure is as sanitary as possible.
I’m worried her death might have been premature. I want to do it right this time.

You haft to make sure all your surface basking temps and UVB are on par --- NO coils for a UVB --- I can help you get your tank on par -- this is key to a healthy dragon - you want two digital probe thermometers as well --

I don't know how or why she died. She was laying on her hammock under the basking bulb and I noticed she hadn’t moved in a day or so. She passed while lying under the basking bulb. My bulbs and lighting are up to par Take care.

She had been eating mostly Dubia roaches. Sometimes crickets and occasionally Phoenix worms. And her poop looked healthy too.
