A Ridiculous Question (Family Guy Fans Will Get It)

So I finally finished all of my courses for Veterinarian Assistant today and in one of my exams on Interpersonal Communications I got the question below. I was stuck on this question for a good 15 minutes partially because 3 out of 4 you don't heat the letter H and partially because it reminded me of the Family Guy Episode posted below. Anyone else agree that it's like that episode of Family Guy in a question? I had a good laugh afterwards. Who can guess the answer?
