bearded dragon only eating worms

my bearded dragon is 4 years old up until recently he has been refusing to eat anything but worms. ive tried giving him different greens incase hes gone off the ones i usually give him but he still doesnt eat it. ive also tried giving him fruits and veg like blueberrys and cucumber and he also doesnt eat that. ive tried giving him roaches and dubia roaches he refuses both. he also doesnt move at all from the corner of his cage under his hammock and only eats food if u put it infront of his face with tweezers, he will not go after it. Aswell, whenever i take him out his cage he runs straight off me to jump back in his cage. However, hes been like that since i got him off his last owner at 1. the only recent behaviour is the only eating worms and always under his hammock in the corner. Ive also had comments that hes underweight and since hes not eating anything but worms i dont know how to fix it. ill attach a picture so someone can tell if hes underweight.
