My roach colony has become too big. They are reproducing way faster than my 1 beardy can eat them. I've been thinning them out and tossing them out. They are a natural roach for where I live so it's no biggie. Nobody wants any roaches around me that have reptiles. I'm about to go ask my local mom and pop pet store that sells them.if they need them lol.

Better to have a roach surplus than a roach shortage! It seems that I'm always in that latter grouping lol

Ugh that stinks. The roaches won't make it that far this time of year. I do however have their bin outside secured. I hope the cooler weather here will slow their horny asses down lol

I'm sure. It took mine about 4 months to settle in and reproducing quickly. Now I'm 7 months in and my beardy can't keep up.

If shipped correctly dubia do just fine, I'm in WI and have gotten some from AZ during winter just have them held at the local post office. Discoids may not ship well being a more warmer weather roach.
I would look into any local rescues that may need some??

you can put them in a freezer bag, freeze them, then discard in your trash. the cold will kill them, last choice

I think it would be a great idea to ask your pet store if they could use them.
