I bought a mixed bag of food today ,it is so hard to find good greens this time of year. Anyway it has spinach, baby bok choy, baby red and green chard, what is chard? is it safe for the dragons, couldnt find it on the nutrition chart, help please. Thanks in advance

I am going to guess 'Swiss Chard', neither that, nor spinach are recommended for BDs.
