More branches/rocks to climb on, a beardie ball, a dig box, cat toys, or a tunnel can encourage Frank to explore and exercise.

It is also cold where I am but honestly besides all the stuff you can buy for them they mostly appreciate just spending time with their owner and exploring and climbing.
