Tail ripped

I've had this one for about a month . I came into his room today to find blood in the tank . And his tail looks ripped. I'm not sure what to do as I've never seen anything like this any help would be appreciated

There was blood in his stool you can also see blood on one of his baking rocks .

That is not a tail rip, that is his vent (where waste is expelled) could be prolapsed or internal issues. You need to get him to a vet asap if he has blood in his stool.
