super hard urate

hi! while she was pooping, i picked it up to clean it. the urate dropped and it genuinely made a THUD noise. im thinking it could be too much calcium as i make sure to hydrate her well, if i reduce her calcium and get a new uvb light will this problem be fixed? i feed her bugs 3x a week and dust them with calcium each time, and every week for her salads i use calcium w/o D3 3x a week and multi-vitamin powder 2x a week. should i adjust this?

How old is the UVB and what are you using? Brand and bulb please--- cut the calcium back to only 3 times per week --- once w/ D3 the other two w/out the D3 --
