Is there a way to add in the ability for members to create their own picture albums?

I think it would be neat to have your own personal album area to privatize pictures if you wish to, and make ones that you want, public by the theme of each album.

Or at least to privatize what pictures in the album that you wish to make as "friends only".

I'm not shure if that's in the works yet but it's a good idea I think it might have something to do with server size ..what I did was use my photo bucket and password protect it and just give friends the password to a specific album.
