So I just recently moved my beardie into a larger tank. Since I've done this he stays dark colored! Could it be stress? Is it the lighting? I've attached a picture of the larger tank. I still have to add things and all but I'm worried.

To me it looks like the basking light is too far away from him, he could be staying dark in color because that soaks up the heat better.. what are the temps at the level he's at? Also he could still be getting used to the larger tank, how long has he been in it?

How old is he?
Ideal temps for a baby bearded dragon is: basking area 95-110 degrees cool side 80-90degrees. For a juvi it is: basking 95-100 degrees and cool side 80-90 degrees and for an adult basking is 90-93 degrees and cool side 80-90degrees.

What are you using for UVB?
