preventing respiratory infection

I've looked all around and can't seem to find anything about preventing respiratory infection .in bearded dragons, only how to treat it so I'm wondering if you guys know anything about why it's caused, what it does and certain steps to prevent it from ever happening if possible.

Poor husbandry, high humidity, aspiration if giving fluids too quickly or dragons that like to submerge while in the bath are all factors.

All of the above. A good tip that I learned was when you give a bath, make sure you keep the door open so that humidity doesn't build up.
