What you have going on is a prolapse. I could be wrong on the spelling. Soak your beardie 2 to 3 times a day and it might go back in. You may need to start looking for a vet. Sometimes these can get serious. Ive only had 1 dragon have it and it took a few days to go away. I soaked her everyday and it went in on its own. goodluck and keep us posted.

I agree you should look for a herp vet. Can you post a pic for us?

If you really can't get to a vet, do you have any pet stores that are reputable? Or a breeder close by?

Be cautious of the pet store. They often give incorrect information in the states.

I still would like to see pics to give us further evidence that Tom's diagnosis is correct.

ok, found an emergancy vet who specialises in lizards. Brain is doing ok for now, the vet pushed the prolapse back in and hes ok for the moment. So at the moment a pic isnt goin to be helpful, thanks anyway
