Not eating veggies

Could be because she is young. Keep offering her salad every day along with her bugs, she will (hopefully) eat it one day. You could mix her bugs and her salad so that she may "accidently" gets some salad when she lunges for a bug. Another good idea is to gut load her bugs with the salad before you feed them to her.

I'd offer greens every few days so you don't have to go through wasting a bunch if she doesn't eat it. Maybe put a fresh leaf or two in there every other day - if she isn't touching them at all. If she eats a bit, keep giving her more and more.
