New owner; some questions

Hello. I have one baby beardie. Right now she is acting like a spazz--hopping from plant to plant. Is this normal baby energy?

Yeah she has one big hide in her basking area that doubles as a climbing rock and another in the cooler side plus a bunch of plants. She did get spooked by my cat recently. Could that have something to do with that?

Only a month. She's very new on top of it.
I'll try using an aquarium backdrop
