Hey guys!
I was given this beardie with VERY limited experience( I’ve only ever had snakes and tortoises)
She was in an enclosure with blue sand that dyed most of her blue but the end of her tail seems very stiff. It doesn’t seem to have the “normal” scales the rest of her tail does. I have read up a lot on tail rot but am not having too much luck in diagnosing. There are no vets in my town, but there is one 2 hours away. I was just hoping to get a second opinion with this “stay at home” order that is in affect. I have no problem taking her to the one, but have not been able to get ahold of them.
About 2 days ago she was running around my house during her exercise time and came back with a open wound. I’ve been keeping it clean but I’m not sure if this could be related to the tail issue.
otherwise in great health, eating, drinking, and running around. She is very energetic and alert.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
