Mouth rot

I took a beardie of someone just over a week ago as it was been neglected and I've noticed the tip of his is slightly black. Could this be mouth rot?

I think mouth rot shows up on the gum tissues and it's yellow and hard. If the little guy is eating with no problem, I would just keep an eye on it and make sure he stays hydrated.

I try not keep water in cos when I took him she had a massive bowl in the Viv and the humidity was really high and now he's gulping but I bath him every other day. I've never had any health problems with mine cos their really healthy.

Thank you. When I took him he only weighted 195g. He now weights 258g
