Mouth dent?

Does his snout look dented? He’s never looked like this before and I am worried he’s not eating enough or he hurt himself. Sometimes he wall surfs when he poops so I was wondering if he hurt himself while doing so. Is this normal?

The dent would be from the wall surfing- you can use some raw unfiltered honey on it to promote healing- do not leave any crickets in the tank if your feeding crickets
