This is carl. He's a rescue I got from a neighbor who son did not want him anymore. I just picked him up 2 days ago and this is my first bearded. I have owned plenty of snakes but I don't know much about him. His vivarium has calcium substrate but I have sand and desert dirt coming in, he has a log blind and i bought him a hammock. I feed him meal worms and and have horned worms and nubian roaches coming. Also he does not eat greens. I've tried giving him mint, cabbage, and a little bit of kale and some apple. He only eats the worms. He's already bonded with me and his color is starting to show in his beard. If I could get some tips and some inexpensive items to buy for him I would appreciate it. I just felt bad for him and he was only 25$ for everything so I didn't want to pass up on it and keep him in an unhealthy environment
