What is the ideal environment for a juvenile beardie? My terrarium temp is around 100 degrees in the day time and 80 at night. The only element that is not consistent is humidity, but it never gets too low. Goonie sheds flawlessly is seems content to just watch me. I use paper towels instead of substrate and Goonie has a two level fake log to bask on. There is always clean water and I have the cricket keeper in the same room (my room) to feed her consistently. Goo is just starting to eat greens so I have been giving her dandelion salads with romaine leaves and mealworms. The tand is 2ft 6.5 inches long. After buying my first beardie (apparently sick) and having it die after two vet visits, I want to be certain that Goonie is happy and will never have a failure to thrive like little Roo did. :'(

Goonie has some beautiful coloring. I'm not sure what was 2ft and 6.5 inches long, is it the tank? You need to have a tank that will allow a basking area and a warm side along with a cool side. The basking temp should be 105-110 for a juvenile dragon. The cool side should be 80 during the day. At night it's okay (and good) for the temps to drop on both sides of the tank. As long as they don't drop lower than 65 degrees, he will be good. Dandelion leaves are good, romaine has no nutritional value and meal worms shouldn't be fed on a regular basis due to the hard shell. Here is a great nutritional chart that will give you ideas of veggies to feed http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html There is also another chart here: http://greathousefarm.com/Greathouse-Reptile-Nutrition-List.pdf
