How long can my beardie be out?

My dragon goes crazy if I leave him in his cage and he can see me. He will spend hours trying to get out and running around. He is only content sitting on my bed looking out the window. Is it ok if he is out for a couple hours at a time? It's not like it's really all that cold probably around 75 or warmer if I have the window open for him.

A few hours isn't going to hurt. Just make sure they've had at lease 2 hours to digest any food in their belly before you have them out of the tank.
