Does not look like mouth rot but stains from food - as for his eyes they dont look good what are you using for a UVB brand and bulb coil or tube and where in the tank is it ? What are you using for a substrate ? And are you using colored bulbs ?
I have him on the mat and the uvb is a 10.0 uvb on a 50 gallon tank and no colored bulbs at all

Yea we feed him salad every day and crickets I would say 4 times a week and super worms as snack once a week or so

But I am going to buy those light fixtures like you said and hope that helps

Yeah, that might be a bit more than mouth rot. Check for thick saliva and food stuck between teeth. If you can see substrate or food stuck in the teeth, use a cotton swab to remove the piece. This is a more advanced case because other parts are swollen. So I would take him to a vet as well.

Hi, everything has been covered pretty much by the user who has replied, but im just saying his eyes are not good at all. I know from experience, mine had huge eyes like tjis and developed lumps in his mouth, he got diagnosed with a vitamin A defiency, and soon fastly developed MBD. Please get gim checked by a vet to see if it is a defiency as he will need a vitamin A formula. Definitely change the bulbs too as the other user has mentioned. I hope they are okay!

Looks dehydrated some to me. Hard for me to tell on my phone because the arrows are in the way but this baby looks chubby for a 1 year old. Is she puffy at all?
