Can my dragon eat red Swiss chard ? Only veggie I got right now

Yes, red swiss chard is fine. I've even used rainbow chard.

Its fine for a short time, but not a good idea to make that a habit though. You always want to feed a variety of vegetables as something like this can cause problems if fed on its own for a length of time.
