Bearded Dragon Egg

So, I've posted previously about our elderly dragon Liz and his complications. He was adopted by my S.O. 7 years ago and loved immensely by her and then us. He's always had trouble eating, and has been assist-fed for more than 2 years, but has slowly diminished to the point where he moves very little if at all and will only accept food once every 3 days or so.
Last night, my S.O. decided it was finally time, so we went to the vet to discuss end-of-life options as well as getting her opinion. After much heartache and many, many tears, we decided to let him go.
I just wanted to post this little memoriam to him, and say that while I'm glad that his sufferring has finally ceased, he will be missed immensely by his family including his parents, his two beardy brothers, and his recently adopted doggy brother. WE LOVE YOU LIZ!!!
I also want to thank everyone on this forum for the support over the years, and for providing a safe and comfortable place to share thoughts and ideas. It is much appreciated, especially in times like these.
