I recently purchased my baby girl from someone who took horrible care of her. It breaks my heart but I hope I can make her life a lot better. I want to clean her tank out, it has sand in it.. Which scares me. But she won't let me pick her up without freaking out. I know I need to give her time but I wanna get that sand out ASAP. And I also wanted to know, what cleaning supplies are acceptable to clean their tanks with? Um so afraid to use too many chemivals. Thanks all! Xoxo

I use vinegar and water too for cleaning my animal tanks and house. I have it mixed in a spray bottle. @Dawn McNair I haven't used baking soda to scrub thanks for that tip. If your dragon doesn't want held you can try placing it in a safe container while you clean. May be even while its soaking in a bath if you have someone who can keep an eye on her.
