I don't really have bedding in there. Its just some pieces egg crate and I cut up my box that my reptile carpet came in. The rest is just chow that came out of the bowl.

Lol. Its just the top of some meal worm containers. It actually is healthy stuff, carrots, celery, lemon, and some whole grain oatmeal.
I say that every time I make salads for my beardies!

Man I just checked out westcoastroaches.com site and saw that they had a daily deal. 250 medium dubia for $27. Free shipping. Now that's a great deal IMO
