Claw Loss

Hiya, my dragon Sid has lost the claw off one of his fingers, and I was just wondering if claw loss is common and whether they do grow back, and if so how long do they take?
Also as a note, Sid has 6 fingers on each of his hands and I'm pretty sure it's the "extra" one that has lost it's claw...

ya that happens allot of time its bitten off by a sibling or just got caught up on something and tore of it wont grow back but doesn't affect the health of the dragon
