Beardie cold to the touch

Is it normal for my beadie to feel cold to the touch at night? My temps don't go below 70 degrees

Yes, they are cold blooded so they will get cold fast. No worries, as long as the tank itself doesn't get below 65. They need the period of cooling off at night.
