My beardie girl, she was bred when I got her ??? has a tummy full of eggs, I can feel them. I gave her sand to dig. Anything I need to do for her?

well first you should take a look at this

its a breakdown of the breeding process through to hatchling care

now do you plan to keep the eggs? if not than you can ignore everything in that article except setting up a lay box and preparing your female for laying.
If you do not plan to keep them than you should freeze the eggs. this will kill the embryo. then you can just toss them out.
