Adult or Mixed Dubia?

UPDATE: Found a guy who is selling 25 pairs of dubia adults, 25 male 25 female for $35. Just wondering what are the benefits of mixed if I can buy adults right off the bat? Thanks guys

The benefit to mixed is that you will already have a Growth Cycle started in your colony.
So when the adults have babies your Nymphs will be almost adult size and so on.
