    What should I get?

I'd love a blue tongue skink but we just dont have the space! We have a leopard gecko too, she is amazing :-) Such a little character!

    Phoenix worms in molded food

Great, thanks! Kim is a bit funny with crickets, sometimes she'll eat them, other times she just looks at them with utter disgust! I can't cope with locusts, they are far too bouncy so was going to try the supers but just haven't found any but now I know what they are! Thanks! Will persist with...

    Phoenix worms in molded food

Are Phoenix worms also known as calci worms? And Supers known as Morios? Sorry to hijack the post! I'm in England and I dont know if we have completely different worms, or if they're the same just with a different name? A bit like the whole car trunk over there is a car boot here!

    Water dish

I have a water dish and my beardie drinks directly from it. I know this is quite rare but I'm lucky she does it, dont need to worry about dehydration. I change the water every morning and take it out at lights out time. I still mist her veggies too. Some dragons will u see their bowls as a...

    Glass surfing

We have a dog, they kinda stare each other out! But she can't see her food. I wondered if it could be an attention thing.

    Glass surfing

Kim has started glass surfing, it started about 24 hours ago. She seems to get more frantic as time goes by. Every time I take her out she instantly calms down. Trouble is I live in England and its winter and its bloody cold so she can't stay out for long. We haven't changed the tank, food or...

    Egg laying

Kim has laid an egg. It's been 2/3 weeks since she last laid (17 in the end but it took almost a week from start to finish). Should she be doing this again so soon?

Anyone have a magical mix for the veggies?

They are gorgeous :-) I have cousins named Simon and Harriet (Hattie for short), so I always associate those names going together! Little dragons can be buggers for leaving their greens. Mine likes spinach and kale (in moderation as there is something in they shouldn't have often), carrot peel...

Kim - Beardie Leelu - Leopard gecko John - Carolina corn snake Phoebe and Chile - Chilean Rose tarantulas Milo - Patterdale terrier Goldie - Goldfish Aquarium with 4 dragon tailed guppies, 2 clown loaches and 2 pepper corydoras (pretty sure I've spelt that wrong!)

    Best substrate and disinfectant?

I use aspen for my cornsnake and corn cob for my beardie (and some sort of wood chippings for the gecko and some special soil stuff for the tarantulas). Mine loves to dig too. Might look into aspen for her then I can just buy it in bulk as it costs a small fortune on deep clean day!

    question

We reserved our beardie from a reptile rescue, we got our tank all set up and then went to collect her they gave her to us in a shoe box and she travelled home fine and settled in effortlessly. We've since taken her back for a once over and taken her home in the same shoe box and she's shown no...
