Priscilla, has been in her hide for almost a week, I can see her in there and she looks fine, does not eat at all yet.
I assume that she is brumating. My question is this; can I bathe her, or do I leave her alone and not handle her at all? She does switch positions some i have noticed?
I would...
Thanks again, this is all good information. I will try the coconut oil, she tends to drink during bath time, so I would be cautious of anything in her bath water.
Thank you so much, for the reply, in talking with the family, we realized that she had not shed in quite awhile other than her face. We just did not know what to look for. Again thank you for the reply.
I am really a little worried, this spot popped up a couple days ago. It went away for a few hours after her bath, but it is back now. Priscilla seems fine it does not bother her to touch or brush, she did shed her face a few days ago??? I have never seen in her two years a shed start in one...

Can anyone here shed some light on squash and beardies; cooked, raw, peeled? If cooked, how? So many beardie foods I can't seem to get in my small town, and our farmers market never has anything much past typical greens.
I can get squash, just do not know how to prepare it for Priscilla?
She is two years old, and I have a basking, UVB set up outside her enclosure. She will explore the room for a while (though it is only one room that she has access of, and she knows it well) and then return to bask; she continues this as long as she is out. The room has been dragon proofed, and...
