Found this one... may be the route I’m going to go with... I understand bearded dragons are not the best climbers as far the depth perception goes... mine happens to climb everything and anything in his current set up, and adding 2 levels essentially would mean dual lighting and heat lamp set...
Oh I agree with you... with all of that taken into consideration I was just trying to get ideas of viv’s that are not just a rectangle shape... he’s in a 75 gallon now and I wouldn’t build anything smaller, but I understand what you’re saying... thank you

That’s the build... the house we are moving into has more square footage however the lay out is much different from my current house... any ideas on design for tight space...
For that much money I would just build 2 stackable vivs to be honest... look them up to get some ideas. That way you could make them to your sizes and needs specifically. Otherwise, the only draw-back to that IKEA piece is that the whole front slides, meaning both enclosures would be open at...
Rocks and branches are always an easy nice decor... go to a local fishing lake or something and walk around to see if you can find something. Just make sure to soak everything in a bucket of bleach for a couple days, then fresh water for a couple days... the branches will soak up the water...

So slight change... since the herpstat was kind of a pain to get to inside the hood ( I know it's a set it and forget it type of deal). But it wasn't cheap lol. And I want to see it.... so I cut out an opening in the side of the hood so it can be seen.

On a side note... herpstat seems...

Yes they do... use it for detailing vehicle interiors all the time... probably the most "natural" way of cleaning since it's just water you are using.

You're probably right... I take the beardie out of enclosure and let him run around while I clean the viv, but him back when the smell is gone and everything has dried.
