    Steamer for Enclosure Cleaning

I need to do some homework on it. I like the idea of using it on the enclosure and other bins for feeders and his tub. I would like to be chemical free if possible. I found a small Bissell for $40 on a quick search, but I didn't have time to look at some other small ones like it.

    Feeding Baby Beardie..

I can't wait until the temps get warmer and I can order some variety. I would like to get Spike Silkworms, Phoenix worms and maybe some dubais. Not sure how I feel about having to keep and deal with roaches though.

    Steamer for Enclosure Cleaning

Anyone using a steamer for cleaning have any recommendations on a good steamer that works well for this application? I am thinking about getting one, but I know nothing about them.

Dragon on a leash. My kids will get a kick out of that!

    Sleep

The breeder I got mine from warned us to be careful when we take him out in the sun. He said they tend to get pretty charged up and whacky and will sometimes even bite.

    Feeding Baby Beardie..

I decided to try giving my boy Spike some Superworms. He bit them into pieces easily. If we followed the rule of nothing bigger (including length) than the space between their eyes not even an adult could eat a Superworm.

    The Sand Debate

I got a few pics of my enclosure after I got the tiles in last night. The one I had to cut didn't cut correctly with the hand held tile cutter I tried to use so there is some overlap. Not really a big deal, but I did find someone that can cut it properly and I can get a precise fit soon. Here...

    Educate me on CHEs Please

Looks like porcelain? I lied, I do have one other question...what wattage? It is a 20ga enclosure. I found an article that says use a porcelain lamp and 100watt will heat a 15" diameter to a 10" depth.

    Educate me on CHEs Please

No, the lid is metal with metal screening. Knocking out that back corner is the ticket. I am fairly certain that is what it is there for. So my last question then, what do you put the CHE in? What type of light dome is best?

    Educate me on CHEs Please

Actually, I may be in luck. In the back corners of the black plastic rim around the top there are what appears to be notches where I just need to knock the plastic out and it would be enough space for a wire to come down in. The lid still slides into the back lip to lock and leave that square...

That all makes sense. My only issue is with getting a probe into the enclosure. The lid locks down tight and I have nowhere to drop a wire in.

    Separate Feeding Bin

Not sure on the calcium thing. I was advised to dust the crickets every other day. I got the tiles in and fed Spike 13 crickets in the enclosure. He ran them down like a champ. So I guess that is his preference. I will just use the bin I got for feeding for keeping larger batches of crickets.

    Separate Feeding Bin

Switching tonight. I have the tile, but I am still trying to decide if I want to leave a small section under his hammock as a sand pit. He seems to like to burrow in a bit to sleep in that corner. I have seen a few others on here have done something like that. I do want to go back to feeding...

    Educate me on CHEs Please

I have a 125W ExoTerra Solar Glo light in my 20ga enclosure. I was told I wouldn't need anything else as long as the night time temps in the house don't go below about 65. Long story short with the way my house is heated...65 is not typically an issue in the room the setup is in, but the...

    Separate Feeding Bin

Got him last Monday. We put him in his first bath Wed eve and he pooped while in there. Pooped in his enclosure at some point Friday, pooped in the bath on Sat and again today. I think he is fairly regular :)
