    Kiwi does this when she's going to shed around her nostrel and mouth. You re beardie could be trying to loosen up his skin to shed. That's my theory but there are other's with far more experience than I. But has he/she shed around the face yet?

    Rescued another beardie

    My Vet told me only paper and/reptile carpet should be used. Personally I'd always thought wood chips would be harmful to their little bellies so I've never felt it was appropriate. Unfortunately the Pet Store's don't use this sort of comment sense.

    Just wanted to mentioned bathing your female will help. I did it everyday day for Kiwi while she had laying problems. So bath combined with the lay box should help alot. Keep up posted.

    Sorry for your loss. It is hard but you did the best you could for her. Just know that she experienced your love before her passing and that in itself is a gift. As for your other female. My girl had the same problem and with my Vet's help she made it through. Wishing the best outcome for yours.
