That's a reasonable price for a Beardie I'd say, I got my Beardie for $550, but that's only because I live in NZ. Though preferably if it's 75 USD, I'd say that's a good price for Bearded Dragon.
I'd say get your Beardie x-rayed by a vet that specializes in exotic animals. It may or may not cause impaction, though you can try it just to be safe.
What I would recommend is that you should just place your hand in front of her and gradually put it towards her. After that, try gently stroking her (do this every day until you think it's time to pick her up). Also, make sure you don't hold her in a "threat" kind of way, neither do it gently as...
There are 8 or 9 species of Bearded Dragons. Your Beardie looks likes a Central Bearded Dragon (Inland Bearded Dragon), though I'm not an expert, that's just what I think. Not sure if you can adopt or buy Beardies other than central.
