Idk about her... some of the things she told me is just plain wrong. Like the vitamin/calci schedule... like that’s the only person I’ve seen with that same exact schedule
I would double check if you have human calcium supplements. That’s probably not sufficient. If he has proper uvb and uva then he’s just laying like that. My baby lays odd to where he curls up and hangs off edges from time to time. If it’s a baby/juvenile I would go get the proper supplements...
That might be why. Many bearded dragon owners that I asked said it was a great bulb if you would like a bulb for whatever reason, although I would’ve liked a bar uvb that just wasn’t an option since I couldn’t find one that didn’t cost as much as the tank itself.

His basking temps are 100-110 f. He has uvb that isn’t coiled. He doesn’t have any colored bulbs. He’s in a 40 gallon since he’s only a baby and I plan on upgrading once he’s full grown to a 70 gallon.
Yes! They need that! They would get stressed if not. On Amazon they have basking rocks with hides underneath that I got a few days ago on sale. Petco also sells wood enrichment with a hide underneath as well, pretty cheap in my opinion.
