    Is sand safe?

    I've had my beardie for about a year, and had sand the whole time. A lot of places and people say sand isn't safe, and some say that it's fine. Is it bad for juvies and ok for the adult beardies? Mine never seems to have much trouble with it.

    Well, I'd hardly say I rescued her. She was being well taken care of, they just had trouble whenever they went away finding someone to take care of her.
