i just recently started making a cave for my beardie. It’s not finished yet so I haven’t put it in his tank but I was wondering if the glue I’m using is safe for him. I’m not sure how to tell if it’s okay to use. It’s called DAP auto/marine sealant and it says that it’s 100% RTV silicon. It doesn’t say whether or not it’s non toxic. Under the warning on the back it says acetic acid is evolved when product cures and to have proper ventilation when using it. I’m not sure if the heat in the tank would cause the glue to release fumes and kill my beardie
