I'm wondering if anyone has rigged up a ceramic heat emitter with a thermostat and timer that allows you to set one bulb to two different temps (for day and night). Our house drops a bit below 65 sometimes at night. Is that something people do? Is it possible? If so, any suggestions for which thermostat and/or timer to use? I was thinking this might be a simple way to tackle the day/night heat issue with one bulb. Or, is it best to just use two different bulbs?
