I didn't even notice his pores. He isn't very active, they have been like that since I got him. I'll take care of it though now I know it is a thing. The worry was the thing hanging out of his anus, by his leg

Did you ever find out what the other thing was hanging out of him?

It seems it was the seminal plug, It startled me, but it eventually came fully out the next day while I was tending to his pores
