Small scab on beardies foot

Hello everyone! This is my first post here. I’m posting because today I found a small red spot on my beardie (Pico)’s foot. She was shedding this foot and after part of it fell off I noticed this red scab, with a little dried blood on it. Pico lives in a 100gal tank with smooth tile substrate, so I’m confused as to how this could have happened. I’d like to make sure the spot is clean and won’t get infected, so some tips on how to clean it would be so helpful! I just want to make sure she’s okay. I’ll include a photo. Thanks

Use some unpaturized honey/ mix with small amount of warm water use a q tip do not put crickets in the tank to feed they will be drawn to foot- feed him in separate container-
