I finally was able to upgrade (on a budget) from a Dome Bulb to the Reptisun T8 light. Does my set up look proper? Any suggestions would be great, I just want to make sure my beardie is getting adequate UVB all day.

Hell yea! Good job on going linear, but it might be better if the uvb light is directly on top of the enclosure rather than on the side? Not sure if that messes with it or anything but just a suggestion. Never seen someone put a uvb bulb like that.

You need a reflector on that bulb --- as of this moment hes not getting much UVB if any at all - I would invest in a fixture w/ reflector and put it directly above him w/ a distance of 6-8 inches --- T 8's are not that strong of a bulb and need to be changed out every 6 months

Definitely go with a reflector-Sunblaster is a good, affordable option for light fixtures.
A T5 bulb is a good choice for beardies because they don't have the same issues that a T8 does. T8 bulbs have an almost constant flicker (can't be seen with the naked eye, but if you take a video of the light you'll notice it), and you may need more than one to achieve the correct UVB output.
