My dragon fell

My dragon was on my shoulder and she jumped to get to my hand but I moved too quickly and she hit a soft chair than the hard ground. She everytime I touch her leg shakes, and bends it to the side on the joint. I can't afford a vet right now she eats fine and drinks water. her calcium is in the water. I have given her dry dragon food as I can't afford live that the moment. Should I be worried about her falling? She alert and is shedding just fine. I give her baths but she hate them.
